Our Staff

Laura Anderson - Puppy Specialist

Laura has been a veterinary technician and hospital manager for 15 years. She ran a hospital in an affluent area of southern California, and re-established a defunct 24-hour emergency practice in a community where a trip to the vet meant going without something else you might need. She had the privilege to work closely with two very different but very intelligent and talented veterinarians.

Laura has two boys with special needs and a Boxer, named Dharma. "She is a very important part of the family and the hub to our sanity. She listens to any complaints, keeps watch over us all, and is an unfailing companion."

Laura has also worked closely with animal rescue groups, dog trainers, breeders and handlers. "It is a lot of fun helping people and their puppies figure out how to fit together. It is never as simple as it seems but it is always rewarding when it is done well. "

Samantha Robinson - Creative Specialist

Samantha Robinson has been an animal lover since she was a toddler. She brought home a variety of animals, not just the typical dog and cat type. It wasn't unusual for her to show up with anything from baby ducklings, to rabbits to ferrets. Somehow her parents remained supportive and felt inclined to keep them around. She gave her Mom & Dad a bassett puppy for their 21st Wedding anniversary wrapped in a vented box. They kept him as well. How could you tell a cute little face anything else? Now she has two cute little toddler faces to contend with (in addition to our MinPins). She is the most caring and giving person I know. Samantha has worked in the medical field for 10 years. She also is extremely gifted when it comes to crafts, decorations, painting, and just about anything. She dressed our two Miniature Pinschers in those t-shirts at Christmas time. Some of the creations that will be seen here on puppys-place.com in the near future, will be her handiwork.

Bryan Robinson - Webmaster/Designer

Bryan Robinson has been a webmaster since 2002. He has been involved in several great projects online, but is most passionate about listening to customers and giving them what they are looking for on puppys-place.com. Besides putting customer suggestions to work, he will use his savvy net-searching skills to help you find anything, puppy-related, that you need. He is constantly working to update products and information on the site. As of January 2008, the products area is being overhauled, so please bare with us, and excuse the mess. There are many great features up and coming. Let us know if you have any suggestions via our contact form.

Our Thoughts

Some of the most content people I know are the ones who manage to include their dogs in most areas of their lives. When you have a well trained, healthy dog he can go just about anywhere you want to go. And he will never ask "Are we there yet?". He will be delighted just to be with you.

We would like to be instrumental in helping owners navigate the unsure paths down which their pet's health care has led them. Often through everyday occurrences like parasites, proper food and feeding schedules,and training. And frequently down less desirable arenas of cancer procedures and puppy virus hospitalizations.

This site is not meant to replace any form of care given by your veterinarian. This is meant to supplement your knowledge and should not be your sole source of information if you are having a critical problem with your puppy. Please contact your veterianrian if your puppy requires medical treatment. Our friends should be healthy and happy, and we should have the privilege of spoiling them from time to time. And once we have done the hard work to teach them what we expect of them, it is great to be able to go a little crazy for our dogs. Teach him well. Treat him well. Enjoy him. He will always have your back.
