The excitement of this table comes from the use of plastics in constructing the top. The top has wood braces sandwiched between two molded plastic sheets; the top sheet is a very neutral beige color. The plastic sheets are then sonic welded together. Easy to clean and no need to try to keep the top dry… no chance for warping even when it gets soaked. The plastic has a grain pattern, so no need for a rubber top.
