Return Policy

Puppys-Place offers a wealth of quality dog products, as well as original dog health and training articles to our customers and their dogs. We offer discounts and free shipping on many of our products throughout the site. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from start to finish.

However, rarely there is a situation where a customer needs to return a product for some reason. If you need to return a product to Puppys-Place, please read our return policy below. Much of the policy is required of us by our product manufacturers and distributors. If you have any questions about our return policy, please let us know. We would like to try to accomodate each and every customer to the best of our abilities, as we are a family business. Thanks for visiting Puppys-Place.com.

 

Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your new product, you can request an RMA from Puppys-Place.com within 30 days from the date of shipment of your order. We do not accept returns if an RMA is not requested within 30 days from the date of the shipment. In the rare event a customer receives a defective item, they are to contact the manufacturer for warranty information. The Manufacturer's contact information is included with the item.

You must contact us for an RMA, (return merchandise authorization) via our Contact Form before returning your merchandise back to Puppys-Place.com. See below for information we need in your RMA request.

    • The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return box.
    • You may e-mail us to request an RMA#  (specific instructions are below)
    • All original materials must be included in your return. The cost of any materials not included will be deducted from the refund.
    • Shipping costs are not refundable. Items shipped under our free Shipping offer will be charged the cost of shipping the order to you.
    • Merchandise must be in a new re-saleable condition, in the factory sealed original packaging and must include manuals, blank warranty cards and all accessories provided by the manufacturer. All returns will be inspected by our returns specialists.
    • Batteries are not returnable if the package has been opened, torn, or cut.
    • Returns must be received within 14 days from the date the RMA is issued. It is best to ship the return back to our warehouse via means that have tracking. This way you can ensure we have received your return.
    • Please allow 14-30 days for your return to be inspected and for accounting to issue your credit.
    • Partial returns and/or damages will not receive a full credit. Items damaged through "wear and tear" or due to return shipping damage will receive partial or no credit at the discretion of the returns warehouse.
    • If the item returned is not new as shipped, unopened in the factory sealed package, free of pet hair, debris and/or odor, your refund will be less than the original charge to you or no refund. Used wire and training flags are not returnable.
    • Any free Items not included with your return will be charged full price.

  • Email Address
  • Order Number
  • Order Date
  • Item Number of product(s) being returned
  • Reason for return
 
 


Refused Orders

Should you decide that you wish to refuse receipt of an item when delivered by UPS and legitimately ordered from us, credit will be issued for the item, minus full shipping charges and minus a 20% restocking fee. The credit will be issued once the item has been returned to us.



Return Exceptions: The following products are not accepted for returns. Liquid Fence Products, PetSafe Wire Break Locator RFA-50, Flea and Tick Treatment of any kind.
